1.About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Cafe Edinburgh. By using the site you accept them. They do not change your rights as a customer in the cafe.

2.Menu, prices and opening hours

We keep the menu, prices and opening hours on this site up to date, but dishes, prices and hours can change — for example with the seasons or on public holidays. The prices charged in the cafe are the ones that apply. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.

We do not take bookings or orders through this website.

3.Allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen prepares dishes that contain common allergens. We offer a separate gluten-free menu and take care when preparing food for guests with allergies, but we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from an allergen. Information on this website is a guide only.

Please always tell a member of our team about any allergy or intolerance before you order, and ask them for full allergen information.

4.Our content

The photographs, text, logo and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our photographs or text without asking us first.

Guest reviews shown on the site come from Google and remain the words of the people who wrote them.

5.Links to other websites

The site links to Google, Instagram, Facebook and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

6.Our responsibility

We provide this website free of charge and as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on its information or by it being temporarily unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

7.Your information

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

8.Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. Questions about them? Please get in touch.
