“We popped in for brunch having seen Cafe Edinburgh on Instagram. It was everything I hoped and more. The staff were so nice and friendly. The decor inside was lovely and the menu had so much on it. We had a fry up and the poached eggs and salmon on sourdough. The food was presented perfectly with added touches like little flowers. I also had an earl grey tea which was served with rosemary and grapefruit - a really unique and special drink. It’s reasonably priced given its prime location and we feel like we’ve found one of our favourite spots. We can’t wait for our next visit!”

Amazing food that has an incredible balance of flavours and stacks that don’t collapse as you eat your way through them. We had the Eggs Edinburgh (haggis was more flavourful than what I had at a pub last night) and the Breakfast sandwich which was generous with the avocado.”

“I stopped by for a late breakfast today, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the coffee especially the Americano was excellent. The service was warm and welcoming, and everyone made us feel well looked after. We were also pleasantly surprised with some complimentary sweets, and even a bag of chips with the bill, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Thank you for your great hospitality. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!”

“Café Edinburgh on High Street is a fantastic spot perfectly located right in the heart of Scotland's historic capital. For the breakfast I had an great matcha latte with oat milk paired with their super tasty sandwiches and perfectly crispy fries. The welcoming atmosphere is elevated by the multicultural, super-friendly, and incredibly helpful staff, with a special thanks to Neha for her wonderful hospitality and right suggestions. It is the absolute perfect place to refuel while exploring the city, and I cannot wait to return.”

“I stopped in for breakfast and was completely blown away! The cafe has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere cosy, bright, and full of friendly smiles. I tried the breakfast sandwich and the eggs Benedict, and both were just perfect. The breakfast sandwich was hearty and full of flavour the bread soft and fresh, the bacon crispy, and the egg cooked just right. The eggs Benedict was beautifully presented, with perfectly poached eggs and the most delicious hollandaise sauce creamy, tangy, and rich without being heavy. The staff were lovely, attentive, and made me feel right at home. You can really tell they care about quality and detail in every dish. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot in Edinburgh that serves food made with love, this is the place to go. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back! 💛”

“We stopped in around noon and just to see what was on the menu. We decided to get breakfast and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and plenty of it. I also tried the haggis which was quite pleasant. As great as the food was, the service was even better. It was one of our favorite meals in Edinburgh”
